This is a digital file to laser cut a champagne / wine bottle gift box with a grape design and a living hinge closure handle.
Once cut, when fitting the bottom, be aware that it is not symmetrical, because of material thickness. If you’re seeing gaps, rotate it 90 degrees.
The box is approximately 17.5”x5”x5” and the file is designed for 1/8” material thickness.
1/8″ (.125″) material thickness suggested. If the hinge is stiff, soak with some water and help form it into place.
**MDF and MDF core plywood is recommended for this design, not recommended for use with hardwoods**
