This is a digital file to laser cut a small cone with a living hinge design.
The cone is approximately 3.75″ x 2.25″ when assembled. Assembly is a curve of the material with care, and match the lock pieces together.
1/8″ (.125″) material thickness suggested. If the hinge is stiff, soak with some water and help form it into place.
**MDF and MDF core plywood is recommended for this design, not recommended for use with hardwoods**
